Everything on the Ironwood menu is created and prepared in-house. Ironwood is the only restaurant in town serving Certified PRIME Angus Beef in each cut selection. All steaks are corn-fed for flavor, aged for a minimum of six weeks for tenderness, and cut in-house for consistency. Vince hand cuts each steak daily. Watch the video link to see a short clip of the process. There’s great pride in each entrée, keeping everything ultra fresh by using locally made products and local seasonal produce as much as possible.

Each entrée is created by Ironwood’s dynamic culinary team headed up by Executive Chef Nathan Continenza.
